Sounds like you have a bad ground wire or the wire going to the sides is broken. you may have to check the connections till you find where the wires are connected. if you can test the two side lights with a battery to confirm they do work and are not bad bulbs. or switch them with working light bulbs to confirm they work. then if they work they you need to start looking for a section of wire that may be broken or is corroded and will need to reconnected to make work again.

SOURCE: 2001 nissan exalta sta/sentra (released in the

Locate the fuse box underneath the drivers side steering wheel and remove the cover lid. Underneath the lid is a diagram of what each fuse controls. Locate the "Stop Lamp" and "Taillight" fuses and pull them out and check them with a fuse test light (avalible at your local auto parts store) Replace the burned out fuse with the same number fuse (the amp number is located on top of the fuse) and your lights will work again

I have a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8s and my left turn signal and my hazards will not work when running lights are on but the right signal works fine, also the left turn signal indicator in the dash is on

You have a bad ground on the left side. Use a jumper wire on the ground wire near the socket on the left side. If the lights start to work normally than trace the ground wire back to its body connection and repair

The plugin to my headlight on my 1994 nissan sentra is bad. I found the same plug off of a 1991 nissan that will work but has a different color wires. how do match the wires between the two?

Dont worry about the colors.
Just be sure of the position of the connections. The wires pulled off the light go right back on the light in the same position they came off.

Where is the blower resistor on a 2001 Nissan Sentra?

Its actually not that bad to change. If you open the glove box and remove the screws then the screws along the bottom of the glove box at the bottom of the dash the box will slide out. Remember to disconnect the light if it has one. Now you will be able to see the underside of the dash. You can see a large black box that has wires and vacuum lines all over. You need to locate a small flat plate with two screws and a plug in the middle. Disconnect the plug and remove the screws. The resistor will come straight out. The back side will look like small coiled up springs of different sizes. Install in reverse.Hope this helps. Good luck. Please re-post with updates. Thanks cj2176.
