Your motor is probably bad. You can take door panel apart and gain access to the motor. Check wires; the wires both at the motor and the wires running through the door to the truck body. More likely the motor is bad.

2011 Toyota 4 runner Passenger power window quit

If it's the only window that isn't working it has nothing to do with the fuses. You do not have a separate fuse for each window. If the power window fuse was removed and not placed back into the correct slot, all of your windows would not work. I would start at the window switch and see if you have power to the switch, then move on down the circuit to find the issue. If you end up with the motor getting power when you activate the switch, but nothing happens replace the motor.

Police interceptor. How can I make the rear power windows work again?

I suggest trying the following: put window down using switch on driver's door. Then hold passenger switch in the down position for 5 seconds. Then put window up using switch on driver's door. Then hold passenger switch in the up position for 5 seconds. Then turn off car and pull key. Put key back in and turn on power. Then test rear window switches to see if they reset.

It may be that the rear power window regulators/ switches have gone out for each door and need to be replaced. Also, check to make sure that power is being received at each switch. If no power, they can be tested by getting power independently to each one. If you are not a handy DIYer, getting them checked out by an experienced mechanic may be the best way to go.

I have a 1997 mercury sable gs, and the drivers window wont go up. Its power window, and I've had this happen before, and played with the window lock switch, and it would work again, but not this time

pull out the set of 4 switches and switch the wires from that window to a different switch to raise it then put the wires back in place and put switch panel back

What causes a power window on a 2001 durango to go down but not back up

Possible bad window switch. If the window motor were bad, or if power was not getting to the switch, the window wouldn't work at all. The switch should be tested for correct operation. Remove the switch and apply 12 volts to the power terminal of the switch. Then toggle the switch and use a 12 volt test light to confirm continuity on the up and down terminals. If it is defective, replace it with a new switch.

My rear defrost doesn't work. There is power to the switch but no power to the back window

check to see if power is coming out off switch to back window. if not switch is bad. try this if need be to find out if wire is broke. run a wire to back window from output on switch, touch or put it on defroster lug at back window. if it works then the main wire is bad, make sure all fuses and relays are ok. heres an eaiser way !! remove switch, jump from positive wire to wire going to back window. thats if wire is ok, to back window.

The back pasenger electric window of my 2006 dodge ram 3500 deisel wont go up.both the switch on the door and the switch on the driver control door dont work. checked the fuse box but found nothing labeled...

hi, there is a relay for the windows. in the fusebox (s) there should be a relay for each window. these relays do fail (open circuit on switch side). the feed POWER side may be shorted. these circuits are hard to find the fault, but check all the door relays. the motor can stick and put heavy current to blow the fuse, if you leave the engine OFF and put the ignition ON press the other window and listen for this relay noise. a click can be heard to pinpoint the location of other relays. once you find these switch relays to determin if these are working and use this to put the rear window back up. gerry
