Where is the flasher located 1990 SEVILLE Cadillac?

I need to know where the Flasher would be located on my 1990 SEVILLE. I have tried to find it using other suggestions online but have not had any luck. Any tips would be appreciated.

I do Believe that it is Under the Dash on the Driver side Fuse Panel at the Top of the Fuse Panel.

SOURCE: where is the turning flasher

Chances are it is located under the steering column and is round or square. It might be located in the fuse box. Best bet is to call autozone and they can guide you to it. Recomended to go to autozone or advance and look at the replacement part so that you know what it looks like when you do look for it. Good luck

SOURCE: Replace the flasher

Both flashers ( TURN SIGNAL and HAZARD WARNING ) are under the L/S lower dash by steering coluum support. Whichever flasher you are looking to replace, just use one like the hazards and listen for the clicks to determine which flasher is which. Hope this helps

Where is the blinker relay at on a 03 cadillac seville sts

Turn Signal Lamps
The TSIG/HAZ fuse in the rear fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module. The module is part of the hazard switch assembly. The flasher module has ground at G201. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON or START position. The IGN-1 fuse in the rear fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal switch. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flows from the turn signal switch assembly to the flasher module. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, the switch contacts are close and the turn signal/hazard flasher module hazard input is grounded. In response to this input, the turn signal/hazard flasher module supplies battery positive voltage in an on and off flashing pattern to all the turn signal lamps. This also activates both turn signal indicators. When a THEFT is occurring, the DIM grounds the turn signal/hazard flasher module hazard input. The left turn signals have ground at G401 and at G402. The right turn signals have ground at G401.

Where does the flasher go?

Remove the lower dash trim covers from the left side of the Cadillac's dashboard, if so equipped.

  • Lie on your back under the left dashboard and look up along the left side of the steering column. Illuminate the area with the flashlight to assist in locating the old turn signal flasher, which mounts on a metal bracket, just above and to the left of the steering column.
  • 4Grab the old flasher by hand and pull it off the bracket. Depending on the model of your Cadillac, you may need to push aside some wiring harnesses to grasp the flasher.
  • 5Plug the new turn signal flasher onto the bracket. Reinstall the lower dash covers, if you removed any in Step 2.
  • 6Place the key in the ignition. Turn the key to the "Run" position.
  • 7Activate the turn signals on the left side of the car and get out and inspect them to make sure both front and rear bulbs are blinking, as designed. Switch the turn signal lever to activate the right signals and visual inspect

    1994 devilles flasher location

Turn signal flasher module is behind dash left of steering column near chime module. I have a 94 Seville and I had that same problem you need a Turn Signal Flasher Moduel, I forgot the proper term for it but I had to get mine replaced too. When I hit the signals to turn the side light would come on but the signal light wouldn't. Its a little box you get from Cadillac it only cost like $20 - $25 and you get it installed and trust. It'll work again. I just got mine done this week and my car now has turn signals again.
