Remove the three t-15 torx screws on the swivel end of the mirror. Drop it down and theres a connector for mirror light in the shade. Find a release connected lock tab lightly and slide connector apart and its loose.

The "post" mounted into the roof/headliner has a plastic "cap" cover over the screws, I believe. If not simply remove the screws and drop the visor down...it may have a wire that connects power for the vanity mirror...just find the tiny clips and disconnect. I'd look for the visor using a junkyard "landline" search-first. Trim pieces like visors can be difficult to locate depending where you live in the country. Dealer-sourced, expect to spend $$$ per visor
