ever try google , they made 5million I6's there is no shortage of examples, that is for sure.

on my i6s there is sticker in the fan top shroud, clearly stating this
did you look for that? some times its long ,ago damaged
97 is pretty old.

check chiltons manuals, they usually have wiring diagrams in the back of them to show you all you need. its hard to find online ones. you always have to pay for those ones

If the battery seems ot drain overnight it is confirmed that there is a drain on the electrics/electronics circuit of the car.

Does this happen when the vehicle is off? This is common.. what you're hearing is normal...as your vehicle is running it gets very hot, VERY hot. As your A/C condensor is running, it's also building condensation and those droplets are falling through the hot metal on the vehicle. It can be hitting the frame, the engine components etc. Nothing to worry about unless it's causing severe damage such has power shortages, blown fuses etc....

I have an 02 Wrangler, 94 Full Size Blazer, 87 Porsche 928 and they all do the same thing.
