IF it has one it will be in the low side line just behind the passengers side headlight.

Volvo uses the pressostat valve to read the low side pressure via the diagnostic computer. IF it's a simple evac and recharge you only need the high side port.


FYI, if it's low pay attention to the weld where the condenser and accumulator support attach. they're know to crack.

You need ventilation flaps calibration. Also one of the flap servos might be broken.

back in the day we would replace rings or regrind valves as needed, but those days stopped long time ago

Volvo xc90 2004 buzzing in steering wheel, clunck noise under car

that sounds like you are low on power steering fluid ... when the level gets low then the pump starts to ingest air and that produces a buzzing sound when you turn the wheel .....i would add or change the fluid and check for leaks and mechanical loosness in the under car linkages ...you can have that checked at your next oil change .

Have an xc90 with bulb failure low beam warning light replaced both low beam bulbs with no success. any ideas????

fuse #38 on the inside inside fuse panel was blown on mine, replaced and lights work fine.

Check Engine Light with Code P0072 on 2004 Volvo XC90

Grounding issue "Circuit low" = ground wire problem or another system on the same circuit using too much current.

Check all wiring issues and then correct the issue to have the code go away :)
