Since all three work independantly of each other, you have a short somewhere. Replace all fuses and see if they short out again. If so, you need to find the short before putting in the fuses again.
The blowermotor fuse is located in the under the hood fuse box, its in slot # 12. this fuse is an orange fuse and is 40amp fuse, the most common problem with the blower not working is the blowermotor resisitor, so if the fuse is good try replacing the resistor this resisitor is loccated on the heaterbox next to blowermotor. hope this helps.
Try to check the wiper arm make sure it is properly connected and check also when you turn on the wiper you hear a sound coming from the wiper motor it means to say it is working and check the wiper Arm.
I have a Range Rover 2006 and suddenly under heavy rain the wipers atrat going very fast and quit working, I change the speed and work again but after a minute the wipers quit. And I can not find the problem . Somebody can help me?
