I've got a Toyota Daihatsu Rocky 1992, 4Y engine second generation. My problem is that the gear box is broken, but I can't find the part to replace it. I was hoping I could replace it with another model of the gear box. Are there any other cars with the same gear box as Daihatsu Rocky? Thanks so much.

my 1990 charade had same problem,tried every thing ended up just turn key off and on farly fast.by that i mean just so the dash lights go on and off.dont ingadge starter,then it should start striataway... from bushmacanic'

ensure trans is in 4h and lockinghub control handle is in FREE position. raise vehicle and remove front wheels. remove caliper and locing hub cover. remove snapring and locking hub. remove outer wheel bearing lock nut,lock plate and adjusting nut. remove bearing and disc. remove oil seal from hub and remove inner bearing.
