SOURCE: overheating 1989 nissan maxima also radator fan won't come on

Hi,must of the time when fans stop working is because a fuse or a fan relay is burned ,it is also posible that the fan motor also burn out, there is a temperature switch at the cilinder head that can go bad and the fan will not go on. this should do it .....

SOURCE: Nissan Altima no cool air blowing or hot air blowing

Hi!
It appears we have an Air lock scenario and you will need to perform a system Bleed.
Park the vehicle on level ground, when cold remove coolant filler cap, start engine and leave to idle, turn heater on full and blower to max. When engine reaches operating temperature watch and listen near coolant filler, keep clear as gurgling and hopefully a boil over should occur. Top up with very warm coolant and wait as it may do it again.
Check for heat inside vehicle if warm replace coolant cap but keep an eye on temperature gauge as the ~Air lock may have moved on from heater matrix/core so proceedure needs to be carried out again from COLD.

SOURCE: 2004 nissan maxima blower motor not blowing air,

Check your blower motor itself, look for power going into it.

Also check your blower motor resistor.

SOURCE: Would like to recharge my air conditioning on my 2001 nissian maxima that has 117,000 on it blows hot air when air conditioning is turned on.

You will need R134a, and a filler hose. Charge the system on the low pressure side, it should have a blue cap on the charge point.
Your filler hose will only fit the low pressure side, just in case the cap has been removed.

SOURCE: 2001 nissan maxima air condition fan not working

If the ac fan is not coming on the ac is inop. the compressor is bypassed. Check fuses and relays first.

The "cabin" fan doesn't work

When a blow motor acts erratically or fails, the culprit is usually a blower motor resistor. If it is not that, it will sometimes be the blower motor itself or the heating control unit. Goodluck!

TURN ON HEATER, FAN BLOWS BUT NO HOT AIR

Check coolant level. Some maxima's heater core were highest point in cooling system. Or hot water valve may not be functioning.I would start with checking the level first.

My fan won't blow on my heater control

Check voltage at the fan motor. If no voltage look for a bad connection. Also check fuses if you have not.
If you have voltage at the fan motor, the motor is bad or jammed.

The heater does not work on our 2000 Nissan Maxima. The fan blows air..but no heat. What could this be and what could it cost for repair?

make sure cooling flued is filled to the maximum . Is this no cure .maybe your heater crane is stuck and warm water is not comming through. find the crane at the heater radiator or just in front of where the heaterhoses go to the interior. it is possible that Nissan installs a electronic heater crane. then the only way to fix it is to fit a new one. hope to be at any help to you

Nissan Almera Tino Diesel 2.1 - Temperature control not working

Hi there, very common on these vehicles, you need to remove the heater cotrols and check that the cable hasn't come out, usually the clips that hold the cables in place break causing the heaters to not work properly, Nissan do modified clips now to stop it from happening, it may need a cable too if its too far bent, hope this helps.
