Car Won't Crank?
This procedure usually works:
·Check the battery cable connections:
Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine.
·Check the battery the simple way, like this:
Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.
·Check the starter and solenoid:
If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking).
If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's pinion gear is stuck.
Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck pinion gear.
·Make a simple test of the alternator:
If you can, somehow get the engine running, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be at least 13.6 volts to properly charge the battery.
I replace the IAC valve
Sounds like your computer is bad. The car's computer is called ECM or PCM and is VERY expensive and would need to be flashed ($100) for your car's VIN.

if its a diesel engine.... then u need to change 4pieces of the heater plugs.heater plugs helps warm the engine for a easier start in the morning or during cold days...
SOURCE: 2005 honda accord, rough idle and malfunction
I would take it to a local Auto Zone, or Advance Auto, they can run it through the diagnostic computer and see what codes are tripping, most likely it's going to be for a cylinder mis-fire, i would try making sure all the plugs are good, and check and see if all the plug wires are secured tightly.

relay is under dash on driver side behind cruise control box. You tube has a demonstration on there for 92 accord.
SOURCE: honda accord ex 2001 check engine light suddenly came on, car started to idle roughly
If it's running rough, chances are that it's misfiring. If the Check Engine light is flashing/blinking, it is definitely misfiring.
If that's the case, drive it as little as possible... Or straight to the mechanic because the more you drive it while it's misfiring, the higher the chance is of you ruining your catalytic converter.
