You checked fuses and relays for electrical cranked window?
Remove: internal door handle, remove window crank if manual crank, door panel, remove film/paper seal.
If is mechanical crank: check for worn out parts on gearing and racks (reinstall crank and wind window up and down). Replace worn parts.

If electrical window crank: check for power at solenoid. Try switch again and watch to see if solenoid engages and tries to crank.
Check to see if switch is broken. Try door switch and drivers door switch.
Pickup another solenoid and replace old one.

My speedometer just got stuck at 60 on wont go back down

And you haven't ran out of gas yet,,,,,, just kidding. Disconnect the speed sensor pug at the transmission. And start the car. If the speedo is still showing 60, you may have a bad gauge, as you are no longer sending a message from the transmission.

None of windows go up or down 2004 impala

Check the fuse box. There should be a diagram that identifies which fuse does what. If the fuse blew, you may have an issue that caused the fuse to blow. Hopefully it was just all four windows at once or something.

Window stuck down.

you need to see if you have voltage at the motor when you push the button. please keep your hand clear of the regulator when you do this.if you are getting power you can try tapping on the motror while pushing the button. sometimes it will work for a second.if the motor is not the problem you have a bad regulator asy.

Driver side window stuck on Nissan Maxima 2004

It is likely the window motor is wearing out and will need to be replaced. You can always try a different switch on those wires to rule out switch problem. Otherwise, the motor will have to be replaced.

I smell gas in the interior of my chevy 2004 impala what would cause this?

a fuel leak somewhere in your engine compartment. if you can't find it and fix it..get it fixed professionally ASAP! that can get dangerous very quickly. the leak is flowing into your ventalation system through the hood then up into the cowel vent at the base of your window. keep your vents closed and drive with your windows rolled down until its fixed.
