did you insert a disc? if yes, what disc, there are vast types.
most wont work in any stock 2001. player.

It contains a heavy data which is not possible to send. You could check any local car radio shop to make a copy of the software for you.

NDDN-W56 plays audio but no video

The laser reader has failed or the laser reader logic circuit has failed, you will need to pull the deck out and sent it in for repair.

RR= Red (+) Signals when played.
RR= W-B (-)
RL= Y (+) Signals when played.
RL= W-B (-)
Confirm the connections, because Toyota Yaris comes with and without integrated panels.
