I have a W208 so it might be slightly different. Check the following locations. Under the bonnet main fuse box. Open drivers or passengers door and look behind the flap on the end of the dash that is hidden when you close the door. in the boot (unlikely here) under the boot floor is the battery and another fuse box. (mainly for the rear electrics) Your manual should list the locations. MB manuals tend to be actually useful.
The bulb holders are the smaller, usually white, twist locks directly above the large black headlight cover. It's tucked under the cross bar the bonnet catch bolts to. If there is no bulbs in there you will need the orange coated ones. If none of the indicators work check the fuses and the relay as well.
