The only way you could have a leak stemming from a cinch is if your mechanic forgot to calibrate the air charge in the glove compartment when he rotated your cigarette lighter.
In layman's terms, either you made quite a typo, or someone is putting you on. If it's the latter case, ask him/her if you can borrow a metric crescent wrench so you can remove the bi-directional horn valve to get to the cinch. Once that's out of the way, it should be a cinch to locate the leaky part and cinch it up tight to fix it!
Get a can if dye and put it in it if there is a leak it will show you where it is

For the 2.8L there is no sequence. Torque for the bolts are 105 in.lbs.
For the 3.0L torque is 50 in.lbs. in sequence:
For the 3.3L and the 3.8L, no sequence but torque each bolt to 105 in.lbs.

The fix is replacement of motor!! I have the same problem and have already paid $700 in repairs to fix seal just to find out that the seal is being knocked out by loose crank shaft..Car had 60000 miles when I bought it 4 months ago, from a dealership, and now it needs a motor replacement..I stiil owe $5000 on a car that is worth $0..Dodge did not give the 100000 mile warranty they love to advertise on TV for the '06 Stratus..They only gave 36000 warranty because they did not think it would last much longer..Will never buy Chrysler product again!! They do not stand behind what they sell or they would have 100000 mile warranty on all their cars..
