Batteries in the key fob are new and it will unlock with key fob if I press immediately after locking. After a few minutes though, the unlock on key fob won't work until I unlock door manually and press after alarm goes off.
Sounds like the key fob is going bad and needs replaced.

Most commonly if this is a bad receiver, when receiver start going bad they will work and not worked intermittently. The most you can do at this point is try to reprogram the system and see if it begins to work properly again otherwise it's gonna be time to replace the receiver. Part of the receiver is working, see the receiver receives your signal
but then it must perform an action and it's the action part of the
receiver that has the problem.
If the reprogramming must be done at the dealer with a factory scanner, unfortunately the other scanners available will not do this.
Keep in mind that the best place to possibly get a replacement key fob would be from the dealership. They will be able to sell you the fob and program it to your vehicle for you as well. Also if you need any extra keys you can get them there as well.

If the passkey is messed up, there will be a light on the dash that says security, or have a picture of a car with a lock thru it. If there is no light when the key is turned forward, then its NOT a passkey problem.
