YOU MUST fix your REMOTE. REPLACE BATTERY OR BUY A NEW ONE! THE KEY IS A LASER TYPE KEY MADE SOLELY FOR YOUR VEHICLE. SORRY BUT THE KEY IF EXCLUSIVE AND EXPENSIVE!

There's a good chance the key is worn or the ignition lock. If you don't have another key you can order one through a Merc dealer via the chassis number.

you have to have a main key. you may be able to remove the panel and release that way. under dash. pull cable.

"supplement restraint system" "srs" witch is the airbag system and because it's a c320not all shop's have then software to retrieve the codes. so it will need to be brought into a shop that has the software then they can tell you what is wrong with it. most likely a airbag went bad. or could be a seat belt sensor also. no real way to tell untill you have it scanned. hopefully that help and if you have any more question please ask. good luck
