To fix the emission system message change the mass air flow sensor, about $60 on line, and the message will go away in a few days. it's only two Phillips screws right on the air filter case.

Fill port is on the radiator support (passenger side) To fill a volvo s60 you fill in on the high pressure side and most stores sell kits that only fill on low pressure. You might have to take it to a shop to get the a/c refilled.

2001 Volvo s60 D5 very difficult to shift gear
if you have a hydraulically assisted clutch, check the reservoir. it's located on the firewall in the vicinity of the brake vacuum booster. if it's low/empty, fill it. you may have air in the system which will require bleeding. what is the mileage? you may be due for a clutch. if you google, "hard shifting manual trans" you will gain more insight on the matter.

don't buy new from dealer. go on either ebay or a junk yard. I estimate that on ebay you're looking at $100-$120 with shipping. They also have after market for 2001-2004 s60 headlight. Good luck.

I have the emission system requided service light
take it back to them,a job done by the dealer has a warrenty period ,,Havent a clue what the fault could be ,anything from the oxygen sensor to a blocked air filter or just a fault in the computer,You could try disconnecting the battery and holding the cables together for a minute to discharge the capacitors that hold the memory in the ECU

WHERE AND HOW DO i ADD TRANSMISSION FLUID?
Auto trani - right ?
You add fluid through were the trani dip stick is.. Its called a filler tube..
Need a funal..

Do it while the engine is on & idling in park.. Its best isall is good & warm..

The dipstick mesures in pints - not quarts so be carefull not to over fill.. Do a little at a time..
Overfilling causes damage..

Recharging ac on 2001 hyundai sonata gls
No picture to show you, but it's on the right hand side in the engine bay either near the power steering pump reseviore or near the firewall (or somewere inbetween). Anyway, chargine the AC system is done at the "HIGH" side port (not the low side). I assume when you say 'fill' the unit, you're talking about "Charging the System with Refrigerant'?

No the ac line, it comes from the compressor and goes to the expansion valve, the charging port may be on the expansion valve, it was on allot of cars.
