How to replace supercharger clutch pulley

I DUNNO BUT IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE GET IN THE CAR REV THE ENGINE WHILE YOU WATCH THE SUPERCHARGER BELT YOU WILL SEE A PULLEY MOVE UP AND DOWN WITH THE RPMS THAT PULLEY IS CONNECTED TO YOUR TENSIONER

Nope. Unless you buy a shorter serpentine belt. Not sure what the length would be or how to calculate it.

All superchargers get pretty noisy make sure that the supercharger is full small allen head inspection plug next to the supercharger pully, the next thing to do would be to remove the supercharger belt and start it and see if the whinning goes away if it does then it is the supercharger making the noise. I wouldn't rule out any of the other pulleys making the noise remove the other belt and make sure that all of the other pulleys spin freely and make no noise when you spin them by hand.

If the pulley is bent or damaged replace it or belts will come off or get destroyed fairly fast. The Kent Moore tool number you have will not work on your application

the broken pulley is more than likely the cause of the break and yes you need it or you can do more damage

Yes, replace all of the belts while you are there.

you will just have to buy a new pulley and put it on. Find out the model of the supercharger and you will find the exact pulley size you need.

for a pulley im not sure . if you got whole works pulley and supercharger. maybe . i check the garage who fix it.

These cars have a lot of problems with all the idler pulleys and the tensioner. You will most likely have to replace them.You may also want to check the harmonic balancer and make sure it is running true.Spin the supercharger by hand with the belt off,it should spin freely with no end play in the shaft to speak of.I hope this helps...Dan
