While I am driving my truck at low speeds it will start to shake violently out of the blue and then stop. It might go a couple miles or more, or just a half mile, then do it again I don't know about high speeds I didn't think it would be wise to drive it at high speeds. I took both rear Brake Drums off to see if they might've fell apart but, they were fine. What could it be

Something out-of-balance somewhere. Start with the tires, check the wheels, then have the driveshaft balance checked. Do any off-roading?

The carrier bearing should not move at all. It is mounted in rubber to give a little. But, it should not move freely. If this is the case then something has gone bad. The carrier bearing would cause this vibration as it spins if it is loose.

It can be the suspensions or the shock absorbers, check also the engine mountings.
i will be good to take a full checkup of all the links and suspension bushes in the car. so a full test on the shocck absorbers, test the wheel bearings the hubs and if the discs are bend even is if the balancing was done.

This is either the uni joints or the center bearing if it has a 2 piece tailshaft. Uni joints can be quiet dangerous if they let go. jack the back end up, handbrake off and in 1 hand hold the tailshaft, in the other, hold the diff pinion (input) wriggle them against one another. if there is any movement this needs to be replaced. center bearing- if there is any movement this needs to be replaced.
