You haven't cured the problem that's why you can't reset code

pit is a timing issue ,could be a vvt actuator or something else in one of the timing components

it is a variable valve timing performance code. it could have a bad actuator solenoid, a bad cam actuator, low oil pressure or clogged passages, a wiring to control solenoid problem, or a bad controller. most often it is an actuator solenoid at fault.

NOTE:Variable Valve Timing (VVT) sensor is also known as camshaft position sensor.
The Variable Valve Timing (VVT) system controls intake valve timing in response to driving conditions.

Possible causes are:

1. Incorrect valve timing P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
2. Faulty oil control valve P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
3. Faulty VVT controller assembly P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
4. Faulty ECM All Codes
5. Jumped timing belt All Codes
   
6. Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor P1346, P1349, P1351 & P1354
7. Faulty O2 Sensor (Bank 1, Sensor 1) P1133 & P1135

Code P1349 VVI Malfunction Bank 1. Bank 1 the difficult side where the intake body is.

This could be from a slight misfire from poor air. Ensure that the gas cap is on fully and not airtrapped.

P0301 Cylinder No. 1 Misfire Detected

Most likely for this issue you will need to take it to the dealer.

Its a Oil Control Valve most likely. Get the valve. Its like 100 from Lexus. Mine did the exact same thing with that code. GS300

if it drives fine off idle then I would suspect the Idle air control valve.
If its hard to start unless you put your foot slightly on the gas then again I would suspect the IAC
