91 ls400 car runs 15 minutes and shuts down when warm. no pressure from radiator cap and battery keeps dying

Most effective way is as follows
1- Warm your car up
2- Shut off your car
3-Add the flush chemical
4- Run the car for about 15-20 minutes and make sure that you have the heater on
5- shut off the car and give it some time to cool off so that when you open the reservoir cap it will not shoot water out
6- When cooled a little open the clip that is on the radiator pipe (out going circulation.
7- Open the reservoir cap and put a water source to keep the water flowing into the coolant circulation .
8- Start your car and let the water come out till you see that it is clear
9- Close the water source and shutoff your car
Let it drain till done
10-Tighten the clip on the hose
12-Fill new coolant and make sure to get all the air out of the coolant system
13-close the reservoir cap
you are done

Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator. if you have access to a pressure guage check the pressure when it will not start.

Sounds like you are losing fuel pressure or the ignition module is shutting down when it gets hot. Check for spark when the car is in the no start condition. If spark is ok then install a fuel pressure tester and let car run. When it dies the pressure should be less than 15 psi. You may need a mechanic for this. Best possibility is that you will need a new fuel pump or ignition module.

first thing you can do is check your radiator fluid level. a lot of newer vehicals have safties that will automatically shut down your car and when you downshift your rpms jump up and it hits the danger zone kinda thing and will shut it off.

can be a couple of things -distributor module, crank angle sensor. When you replace radiator did you replace cap?

Had similar problem with 97 Plymouth Neon.  It turn out that the Crank Shaft Position Sensor was failing,  since I replaced it the car has been running smooth with no problems.

Crank sensor or module. Check fuel pressure too.

Problem 1: buy a system heater to keep the engine warm at night.
You can buy them at any autoparts store . You take your pick from the variety.
Place a light 100 Watt Bulb near the battery but not too close to anything else where it might burn anything.

Problem 2. Check your coolant level to see if you have the proper level. Make sure you have 1/2 antifreeze and 1/2 water if you add any coolant /antifreeze and bleed the colant system. By running the car let it cool, then turn the radiator cap or turn the bleed screw provided on some cars near the thermostat outlet. Then adding some more water and coolant etc.The tightening the cap or bleed screw. When radiator is full. Check the radiator and and remove any debris that may be keeping the air out.

Problem 3. Will get fixed because your battery won't die.
