Where do I put in steering fluid

The power steering pump is on the passenger side hidden right next to the firewall. It may be hidden by wires but it is there. Remove cap, I think it has yellow letter on top and check level. Do not overfill

There should be a cover indicating Power Fluid, if not look for hoses running from the steering sector area

If you look under the hood look where the belts are. A compotent that the belts drive or turn is your power steering pump, when you find it you will see a cap that you can remove and check your fluid. Also with the problem you describe check the belt and the tension of the belt. Fluid level and belt tension are the most common causes of power steering failure. The power steering cap will be marked to make it easier to find.

The cap of the power steering reservoir should list it. dont put in auto trans fluid. use Power Steering Fluid.

brake reservoir should be on the drivers side high on firewall and power steering low left side of engine

Check serpentine belt. It may be broken.
If all belts are in good shape and tensioned properly have the car looked at by a mechanic for troubleshooting.

its located on passanger side of motor beside firewall back of motor wil need funel to top up.

on the passenger side all the way in the back on the top of the motor , should be on the belt side on the power steering pump please rate -jeff
