Hi there:
On the top of your engine there should be a location with a plastic cover with 3 torx screws. Remove those 3 screws. You will see an aluminum cover. Remove these 36mm bolts. You will then see the filter to change it.

the oil drain plug is on the bottom of the oil pan and the filter is on the top side of the engine toward the front. be ready for a mess!!

You may just need a maintenance check, like an oil change. Try it and observe how it goes. Try to remove the positive battery connector too, let it sit for atleast 5mins. then reconnect it. This can reset the car's computer and get rid of the check engine light.

By "normal lights" I assume you mean "low-beam headlamps"? If this is true, then you may either have burned out headlamp bulbs or a faulty low-beam headlamp relay or relay circuit.

the pcv or primary crankcase ventilation is just a hose that goes from the bottom of the engine to the top of your engine ( connects to the rocker cover, it might have a little black box next to the top of your engine whick is just a filter for the pcv... it should be on the front right side of the engine when looking at it
