Only Fords have them. Check for power on the fuel pump wire at the gas tank connector with the engine being cranked over. If power there, and no pump action, the pump has failed. If no power, find and check the fuel pump relay - under the hood in the fuse/relay block. First, see if the power feed to the relay is good. One of the terminals that the relay plugs into will have a "hot at all times" power signal. Use a grounded test light, key off, and probe all the terminals-one should show power-will light up the test light.
