Check vacuum hoses for leaks, cracks an make sure old hoses are not sucking shut , if check engine light is on it could be a map idle sensor, change spark plugs an clean air filter. Most power loss issues come from electrical issues.

Why does my engine start bogging down when it gets to 3000rpms in park

Ford transit connect I've had experiance with the same problem turned out the turbo needs back pressure from the exhaust pipe witch was blowing/had holes in so when 3000rpm was reached it began to bog down.maybe check your exhaust system or air filter.

Hope that helps

Engine loses power when AC turn on. New plugs/wires/IAC. Clean TB. When I turn the AC off the engine remains in the bogged down, misfiring mode.

Check the catalytic converter, It could be clogging up. Easiest way to check is pull the of the O2 sensors before the cat. It will be louder, but if it doesn't bog down, replace the cat.

When it is moist out the engine bogs down and studers.

tighten the spark plugs to factory torque...
Park it in the dark and start it up.
spray some glass cleaner MIST over the engine compartment to find the sparks.... and replace that part.

Engine Bogs with Service Engine Lights on

Your car needs O2 sensors and if one or any are unplugged your car will operate as you described(like ****). To get your check engine light off you need to find out what is triggering the check engine light sensor. It it most likely in need of an O2 sensor replacement. If you can tell me what kind of car you have I can give you more information.
