I have very little air flow. I replaced fan motor flushed heater core, no matter what position climate control is set to there is no change it always just blows a little air out the defrost, even when I turn off the climate control. Can anyone tell me how many actuator doors are on my car. Or better yet where I can find a diagram of my climate control with the devices that it contains. HELP and THANK YOU

Sounds to me that you might have a leak in the line. Those heaters are all Vacume actuated.

No change in motor speed, but You notice a huge loss in air flow as soon as the flap diverts air flow from the AC heat exchanger/evaporator to just the heater core for straight heat. You can't see the heater core from the blower motor comportment, perhaps the outer surfaces of the Heater core are corroded so the air passages through it are reduced there by creating the restriction ? Where would you check to see if this blower assembly has a membrane or thin filter (to keep leaves and debris out of it)? Start with checking coolant level, if low it will cause a no heat problem. If radiator coolant level is correct you might have a temperature door problem. The temerature door is located inside the HVAC module and is controlled by the temperature control knob on the dash board. The electric motor that moves the temp door may have failed.

Your closing in. There is a motor that will open the heater core venting to allow it to blow into the car. Get a heater core install picture from your auto parts dealer or car dealer for specs of where and how it is driven.
