2001 Acura mdx abs light stays on. Code reads 04?

I think you pulled the code incorrectly, or are reading it wrong. To get code:
1. Jump pins 4 & 9 on OD2 connector.
2. Turn key 2 clicks.
3. ABS light should blink to give you code. (long blinks for first digit, short ones for second. Example: One long blink and three short blinks would be 13).
Honda ABS trouble codes list :
11= Right front wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)
12= Faulty right front wheel sensor pulse signal
13= Left front wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)
14= Faulty left front wheel sensor pulse signal
15= Right rear wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)
16= Faulty right rear wheel sensor pulse signal
17= Left rear wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)
18= Faulty left rear wheel sensor pulse signal
21= Continous Operation (chipped pulser)
31-38 are all the same: "solenoid"
51= Motor lock
52= Motor stuck off
53= Motor stuck on
54= Main realy stuck off
61= Ignition voltage
81= CPU (central processing unit)

Where is the sensor for the airbag on a yukon 2005 located at on the truck

{: ) There are many components in the airbag system of a vehicle and each one plays a distinct function in order to ensure a reliable protection, and timely deployments of the airbag in cases of extreme collisions.
You may be referring to the front and side impact sensors. These sensors are always on the front lines, meaning they usually are the first, the closest, and receives the most impact in collision situations.
The front impact sensors (left and right) are located on the front frame crossmember.
The right side impact sensor is located under the right front door trim near the lower rear of the door frame. The left side impact sensor is located under the left front door trim near the lower rear of the door frame.

I pulled the codes and here they are : C0036, C0035, C0040

Sounds like you need front wheel speed sensors. Replace the wheel bearings and sensors. May have an ABS unit fault, but more likely is both wheel bearings/speed sensors.
