You need to re-enter the security code into the factory radio to get it to stop. It should be inside the book that came with the car... if not, no worries, call the Acura dealer and they will tell at no charge!
maybe your radio had a code which on some models unless the code is activated the vehicle has a few quirks one of which would cause the alarm to deactivate
