If this vehicle has a trailer harness, that could be the problem; it could be shorted out. Additionally, if there is no trailer harness, look under the truck bed at the rear, look for a grey wiring connector that wires come out of, and run to the taillamps. I have observed corrrosion in this connector, which will result in a short circuit. You may find it necessary to cut the connector out and resplice the wires back together (eliminate the connector), if severe corrosion is indeed present.

you have a wire or a light socket grounding out ck were your lights go into the sockets has the car been wrecked any were near the lights if it has thats were you start if not start with your light sockets

there is light bulbs behind the instument cluster. You will have to remove the screws, than pry off your panel and change the bulb.

Fuse keeps blowing out

check for a short in the wire to the r/tail light. check that the bulb is the correct one and that if there 2 terninal on the bulb that the unit has a return earth check in the kole for the bulb and if you see only 1 contact and you have a 2 contact bulb that may be you fault .

Blown dashboard light fuse

Since they are on different circuits I would say something in the wiring harness. It may be tough to find if it takes a few days or weeks for the problem to show up.
It could be a short in the harness in the column, or elsewhere.

there is one inside the car. 3 possible places; under the glove box, under the steering wheel or if you open the driver side door the corner of the dashboard usually triangular piece of plastic to remove

it sounds like you have a short some were im guessing it's in your tail light were it plugs in check and see if theres any open wireing from the light to about 3to 6 inches away
