Possible relay or switch. But, set the speed to low and hit the motor to see if it engages.

Try a new wiper relay.

check in hand book for relay position

it is located under the coolant reservoir. Remove nut and ground cable (not required, but easier access), then 2 bolts . pull relay down and remove 2 plugs from bottom of relay. Make sure and clean plugs and relay receptacles with contact cleaner and dry before reinstalling.

the linkage to the wiper came apart, remove the cowling at the base of the windshield and check linkage

ECM IS UNDER DRIP TRAY BETWEEN ENGINE AND PASSENGER WIPER.

The fuse box in located on the left side of the dash, between the door and the dash.

The turn signal relay is inside the hazard switch on the dash. Get a new one (about $30) and install that and you're cured:)
