How do I drive my car withou the alarm going off when my car remote for the immobiliser won't work?

I usually have to use the remote on my car keys to unlock the doors. Last week the doors wouldn't open with the remote so I changed the batteries and it still won't open. I'm scared to open the door with the car key because when I do the alarm goes off. How do I open and drive my car without the alarm going off, or how can I turn the alarm off once I've opened my door without the remote so I can drive it to a dealer to solve the problem as there must be another issue with it. I need to do it soon because I haven't driven the car for a week already and if I leave it too long the battery will go flat. Please help.

SOURCE: alarm remote

Look under the driver side seat for a small black box. This is the control for the remote/alarm system. Check to see that it is not wet. Open it up & inspect the circuit board. Are any of the circuits corroded/greenish powder on them? If so, you need to replace this box. Quite a common failure. But, there IS hope. You CAN start the car without the aid of the remote since you lost it. Put the key in the ignition, and, if the lights start flashing, CYCLE the key on-off 5 times. This action will defeat the alarm, and the car will start. This is provided in case the battery in the remote goes dead on you.

SOURCE: central locking remote won't open car/car won't start

Sounds like a basic bad battery. Even though its not that old it can be bad....and probably under warranty. Immobilizer or starter will not cause that. Get the bat tested.
Only other thing is called a "parasitic draw". This is when something is drawing current from the battery when its supposed to be off. Usually this causes a totally dead battery, not a weak one like you have.

SOURCE: can not lock car by key remote . toyota rav 4 53 plate

If your car has an alarm with a separate remote, it is a separate system and it is probably self-arming. When you lock the doors with the key central lock, the alarm gets armed by the RAV4 being OFF and the door locking action. When you unlock the doors with the key, the alarm is still armed because the key is not comunicating with the alarm just the cars factory keyless system.

Imobiliser problem

If im not mistaken, your car should have an alarm reset/override.Below the steering column,on the dash should be a slot where you put your remote transmitter to deactivate the alarm. If that works, you then need to have your remote checked and coded by a vw dealer.Good luck.

Toyota Celica '91 ST184R - Key fob remote does not unlock the car

The ST18x didn't come with a factory fitted alarm, so this is going to be more general.

Your alarm will have a manual disarm somewhere. If you have a small cylindrical device with your keyfob, there will be a receptacle somewhere near the drivers seat. You need to open the door and press the two items together. If not, you may have a button hidden somewhere around the place. In this case the procedure is usually to hold the button while you insert the ignition key and turn it to the ON position.

Some alarms have a small round key. If your alarm has one, or if your keys came with one and you didn't know what it was for, you can open the bonnet, pop a little cover on the alarm box (it will be bolted to the firewall, usually on the right hand side as you look at it) and turn it off until you can get it repaired, or get a new one fitted.

If none of this works and your alarm is an alarm only and not an immobiliser, you can simply open the bonnet and cut all the wires going into the alarm. If it is also an immobiliser, don't touch anything unless you're handy with a soldering iron and multimeter and have a few hours spare. (You would need to pull the cover down from under the steering wheel, then start taking electrical tape off the big block connector with thick wires, and then start rebuilding the wiring that's been chopped to make way for the immobiliser system on a colour-matching basis.)
