Happened 3 times over 9 mos. on rainy or very damp day. Replaced belt once and tensioner after first incident. Sequel: All suggestions are appreciated, but had been tried before posting. My mechanic's researched this solution which isn't cheap, but it works. Change to a double sided serpentine belt and change the idler pull to a grooved type. Details will be provided if really needed.

Belts stretch from new. Try to tighten them again. Hopefully the are not glazed or this may stay with you.

#2 belt align? ok , no , check carefully the serpintin is centered in all pulleys, and do not miss the water pump pulley, runs on the inside the bold and outer surface of belt (serpertine), there is a drawing at the engine bay
