In the trunk, there should be a carpet panel and the gas door side. Pull the carpet siding back and there should be a lever labeled gas gap manual. Use that to manually release the lock

1994 Saab Areo 9000 power locks will not work therefore cannot open gas door. Tried changing fuse but that didn't work

Check fuse #15 if you have not done so & check in the trunk for a manual over ride under the tool kit. The 90-92 models had one, not sure if your model does. I don't have a lot of info on the 94 A 9000-- Maybe a Saab expert will chime in with more advise.

My central locking system is not working, my doors are not unlocking automaticlly and my gas cap is not unlocking too what could be my problem?

central locking ecu in passenger foot well under carpet in front of door two tor ex screws attaches it to wall some times unplugging and replugging it in will solve the problem. meanwhile to get in gas cap cut out small perforated area in hatch near tank and remove the two torex screws this will release the gas tank locking pin

On my Audi 96 A6 my locks don't work and it locked my gas tank cover before it went out, is there a way to open in manually, otherwise I can't even drive it to the shop because I unknowingly ran it out of...

Is the remote control for the locks just not working? If the doors are unlocked, the trunk and cas tank cover should be unlocked as well. I have a slightly later model, but that's how it works with mine. Are you saying that you can manually open the doors with the key, but when you do, it doesn't unlock the gas door like normal? If so ,there's a manual pull tab in the trunk to open the gas tank flap on the same side of the trunk as the gas tank flap. After it's open, you can of course close the gas lid flap again, but it won't lock again if the auto-locking system isn't working. You'll have to get the dealer to replace the motor if it's gone out. This should get you in the gas tank for now though. Good luck!

I have a 1988 saab 9000 and the fuel tank door wont open and i cant find the manual release for it

I had the same thing happen. There is no manual release, which means you have to replace the fuse that is blown causing it to lock. It was the central lock fuse in my case. But as I was almost out of gas and at the gas station, I had to pry it open....Not the best thing but it worked.
