I am not sure at this time if the theft is related to the "no start". So when you turn the ignition to the start position. Do you hear the starter click or does it crank over but doesn't start? If the Immobilizer was damaged then you would not hear anything. When you stick the key into the ignition do you hear the chime or beeping? Have you verified that both battery cables are in good working order, that they are free of corrosion, and all the connections are tight. Have you bench tested the starter, to verify that it is working. Depending on what you say when you write back, You may have a defective Main Relay. The relay is located inside the dashboard, behind the change holder. When it goes bad, typically the engine will crank over but wont start. Sometimes the car is misdiagnosed to have a bad fuel-pump. Tell me what you know so far and I'll help you narrow down your search. Please be specific, it may sound silly but you are the eyes and ears of this repair. I need to know what you know and see what you see. Write back soon, good luck.

Possible bad ignition if the broke the ignition this could have damaged some of the wires. if the ignition is not damaged does the car click at all while trying to start? if so this means the relay is good . if not check any relays in the fuse area. or even a bad or broken ground wire. if it clicks it could also be the starter... this is a troubleshooting issue you will need to tackle if you feel ok doing so . if not please leave it to the pros..... good luck.

Quick check is (1) Check heavy starter cable is tight on starter terminal and battery,
(2) Get a heavy duty jump lead and connect from negative terminal on batt to a good clean main part of the engine, A good heavy bracket or casting etc.

If starter rotates engine then the engine / chassis / batt neg terminal cables are loose or poor.

SOURCE: NEW ALTERNATOR, NEW BATTERY, CAR still dies and wont start

Check the main power fuse that goes to the alternator output. if the alternator went out it could have burnt this fuse also.

SOURCE: acura integra 1990 turns over fine but doesnt start

for you to check if it is the fuel pump, see if there is fuel running out of the hose if you remove the fuel filter. Another is to directly connect the pump to the battery. If the pump works that way, then it could be a efi relay issue which is found underneath the dash or a wiring issue.

SOURCE: 1990 acura integra engines stalls and dies when

Start by checking your battery connections, both at the battery and where they connect to the car. It sounds like you have a bad ground.

I have an 1990 Acura Integra, that I thought the fuel pump was going out on, because when I tapped on the fuel tank it would fire right up. Now it wont fire at all and only like (1) plug is getting fire....

do it yourself to save money, get your pump out and buy a new one and replace, its quite simple, but make sure that u clean that tank really good (is very good oportunity to do this, since ur car is 1990), replace the filter that u are going to find on the pump and the other fuel filter, just follow the fuel lines to the engine and ull find it., the access to your fuel pump should be below your backseat, have fun!
i hope this helps

1990 Acura Integra

PROCEDURE
When the Check Engine warning light has been reported on, turn the ignition on, pull down the passenger's side carpet from under the dashboard and observe the LED on the top of the ECU. The LED indicates a system failure code by blinking frequency. The ECU LED can indicate any number of simultaneous component problems by blinking separate codes, one after another. Problem codes 1 through 9 are indicated by individual short blinks. Problem codes 10 through 43 are indicated by a series of long and short blinks. One long blink equals 10 short blinks. Add the long and short blinks together to determine the problem code.
