A compression test is only a partial diagnostic. You should have a cylinder leak down test done. Low compression could be valves, Rings, head gasket or cracked head or block. IT could also be nothing depending on how low it is. So a cylinder leak down test tells you which one it is. The mechanic hooks a pressure hose to the spark plug hole, air pressure is put in the cylinder when the valves are closed. The location of the leak can then be heard.

07 infinity g35 code p0303 why would valve stems on 3rd cylender be hanging when you look down air intake or coolant holes

If the Intake Valve is staying open or compression blowing back into intake port.....That is an indication of a bent Valve Stem....Piston to Valve interference will occur, if Cam Timing is lost....Check Timing belt for damage, before rotating engine, to avoid damage to other Valves....If timing was lost at Hi-Way speed, or a Very Low compression test is observed...the Head will have to come off for inspection and repair..........

Low compresion in number 1 cylender can a bad fuel ejector cause this

no
injectors have nothing to do with compression
items such as head gasket , valves ( burnt , bent) , valve seat inserts, broken rings, scored cylinder walls , holes in pistons , blockage in air inlet --all have a bearing on compression pressures

Compression

You didn't state if so, BUT, if both low compression cylinders are next to each other, it could most likely be a blown head gasket.

# 1 cylender not firing, low presure in that cylender, not buring oil

Low pressure I'm assuming you mean low compression. Do a "wet test" first. If compression is still low, check your valve adjustments. tight valves will cause low compression. Also has this engine been overheated badly,or have excessive mileage on it? Could be a head gasket, or damaged rings/cylinders.

One cylender does not fire

You need to take a compression test of that cylinder. If it's ok then its probably a bad fuel injector.

Low compression in cylender 3 cars

valve or head gasket for that low cylinder take it that your measurement is in bars -- the 12 bars is 170 psI very good and the 9 bars is 130 psi
as it is good practice to allow only 10% difference between cylinders the 130 psi (9) is a problem cylinder
One possible fix is to check and adjust the tappet clearance or have that cylinder hydraulic followers checked for operation
other than that valve face or head gasket

you probably have either the 3.2 or the 3.5 v-6. as 15 years as a chrysler tech, i would say you need a minimum of head gaskets replaced. compression is very low. but remember this, the heads have to be checked for flatness, and if they are warped over 6 thousandths they will have to be replaced. WELL THAT YEAR YOU HAD THROTTLE BODY FUEL INJECTION AND MULTIPORT FUEL INJECTION. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPORT FUEL INJECTION. YOU COULD HAVE DEAD FUEL INJECTOR OR LOW COMPRESSION AND INTAKE LEAK TO CYLINDER 1. CHECK COMPRESSION THAT WILL TELL YOU WHAT HAPPING.YOU COULD HAVE A SLIGHT HEAD GASKET LEAK.

Perform compression check between cylenders #1 and #3. These are right next to each other.
You might get away with a head gasket replacement, if the compression between these cylenders is the same, indicating a blown head gasket between cyl.#1 and #3 not valves which will give different readins between these cylenders.
