Alternator/selenoid or electrical problem?

When your car is warm, everything is at its maximum expansion. Sounds like an overheating issue. But again I am not there to inspect and diagnose it. It could be several things. Winter driving keeps your engine way cooler than summer heat

Saturn stalling out

sounds like bad spark plug wires. i would recommend changing the plugs and wires - you can usually get the plugs and wires for about 40-60 bucks depending on what quality you get. the problem is that the heat expands the casing on the plug wires and can cause intermittent shorts so that could explain why there is no exact time between occurrences.
