Lead burned through
that's easy
using the wrong fuse size
and the feed is shorted,
the correct fuse prevents the burned wires.
here are the HVAC pages

lots of things can short. in cars. (topic Hvac)
if you had stated the exact wire color and what it connect to exacty
we can state who shorted.
Fuse 1 , 40amp runs the blower. dark green.
Fuse 20 , 10amps runs others.
Fuse 7 runs zone control,,,10A and all 4 damper motors actuators.
see 8w-42-6 pages.
ok you have your FSM and now can find who connects to what.

the wiring going into the fan motor itself are backwards. The fan isn't spinning the right direction. just switch these wires and it should work better

is your car warmed up? if it is already warm, probably you have a clogged heater core and/or airpocket in system.
to bleed airpocket, raise the front part and try to bleed air from bleeding screw. you will see bubbles if there are any after few minutes of idling.
if nothing helps you will understand that you need a new cabin heater or you need to try to clean debris out. be informed that this requires you t remove almost all parts of dash.

You will have to check the flap operating controls behind the centre consol as anything could be wrong from a vacumn pipe to a operating mechanism ,even the computer controlling the climatic control .
