If it's an OEM radio Mercedes should have the code.. If it was replaced see if you can find the dealer that did the maintenance. It If you have the VIN# IT SHOULD LET THEM COME UP WITH THE SERIAL # AND HENCE THE CODE NUMBER.
Every radio has a different code. You will have to contact a Mercedes-Benz dealer to get the code for your particular radio. It MAY require removal of the radio to get the serial number.
the radio has 4 small holes(2 in each side upright)put into these holes 4 x1/8thx2" long nails,then pull towards you,if you have pushed in the clips far enough,it will pull straight out.
whilst it is out you may want to upgrade it to a more modern system.cd/iphone compatible...
remove center console lower wood and switches, remove ash tray, remove 2 screws to remove ash tray unit. Pop off face of radio, push in plastic tabs holding radio in console and pull unit out.
