Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position without starting the engine.

Press the button to the left of the display on the instrument panel twice within one second. The oil life status will be displayed on the panel -- this should be past the mileage due for the service interval if the wrench icon is illuminated

Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position within 10 seconds of the status display.

Press and hold the button to the left of the display again with one hand while turning the ignition key back to the "ON" position without starting the engine. The oil life status will show once again

Continue to hold down the button for a few seconds longer, and then release it. Wait 10 seconds until a chime indicates and displays 6,000 miles for at least another 10 seconds.
with the key on/engine off floor the gas pedal 3 times the hold it down till the change oil light start blinking and go away,some times it take more than 10 sec,if it didn't work try it again,some times you have to try few times,to get it done
I would take the vehicle back to where the service was done and ask them....

And you should say to them, it has now cost me more than 2 hours of my time and I would like a discount for the next time I bring my car in for service.

Turn the key on, press trip reset 3 times, untill service shows HOLD DOWN WHILE HOLDING turn key
off. while off release the button and repress, turn key back on holding
down the button wait untill service resets. this has to be done in 10 seconds. it may take a couple tries.
1. With the key out of the ignition... press and hold the left odometer button.
2. Turn the key to position 1... Meaning radio turns on, but instrument cluster warning lights stay off.
3. Keep holding the button for a few seconds (5-10) untill the display
changes and says any of these words... OIL SERVICE or INSPECTION with
RESET or RE.
4. Release the button but then again press it and hold (about 5-10 seconds) untill RESET or RE flashes.
5. While the display flashes press the button one more time briefly, and
if done correctly the words "end SIA" will show up in a few seconds.

Variations include...make sure door is shut and car in neutral.
Hello, Not being a Ford man myself but have reset many service interval lights, Try holding down either trip meter button or odometer reset whilst turning on the ignition. You may need to hold it down for 10/20 seconds. If unsure do what I've done in the past hold down all buttons on speedo face.
