Should be the same plug on the back, you'll just have a prong sticking out without a wire in your system.Best to just pull the old one first,it's nfg anyway, and see what's up yourself.Just a single nut holds it on.

SOURCE: 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT Windsheild Wipers,Turn Signals, headlights

If your car is under 36000 miles take it to your dealer and have it fixed under your warrenty. All of your interior electrical systems are controled by computors and sometime not a simple repair ! The dealer has the tools to monitor different switch states to aid in isolating the problem. Just guessing if its a switch or a computor or a wiring issue can get very costly.

SOURCE: problems with the front and rear windshild wipers

If you remove the rectangular plastic cover off your windshield wiper motor, you will find a circuit board. Take it out and throw it away, and get a new one. I had to do that to mine this past winter. My buddy, after taking his truck to GM and giving them 300 bucks, got me to change his, and the problem was gone. The board is 20 or 30 dollars.

SOURCE: Where is the switch for my 1997 VW Golf rear

The switch for the rear wiper is on the actual windshield wiper switch for the front wipers, you have to push the lever forward to turn it on and then again to turn it off, to use the washer fluid for the rear wiper you push the same lever forward and hold it there till the washer fluid comes out.

SOURCE: rear wiper motor broke

Well you going to have to open the tailgate up and remove the inside cover that is attached to it. You will need a small flat head and a No. 2 star head screw driver and some gloves so that you don't cut your hands....

First where the handle is remove the caps on the handle and then remove the handle there may be a small pocket around the handle to remove it also with the screw driver....And then remove the garnish from around the tailgate by using the small flat head and your fingers to pry it off with....Remember just to take your time when doing this and wear some safety glasses so that nothing goes in your eyes.

Once you have removed the garnish you should see the wiper motor there should be three bolts that hold it in place and wire wire coupler that it hooked up to it. And before you undo the motor you will need to go on the outside of the tail gate you will need to remove the wiper arm off of the motor and then take the rest off after that.

SOURCE: i have a 1990 toyota celica gt hatchback STRUT RPLACEMENT

I won't address your struts question because you can find the answer in any service manual. Refer to the free repair manual for your car at www.autozone.com. Look in the "Steering and Suspension" section.

For your other two questions.

If the oil on the passenger side is leaking from down low it could be coming from the oil pan gasket. You'll have to remove the oil pan and reseal it with a new after-market gasket or with gasket-maker. If it is coming from higher up behind the timing cover, most likely it would be from either the crankshaft seal or the camshaft seal. Replacing these involves removing the timing belt and the camshaft and crankshaft pulleys. Refer to the service manual. Or it could be coming from the oil filter. Make sure that the filter is securely in place, and check that its gasket is in good condition, or just replace the filter.

The vibration/rumble is most likely due to old worn out motor mounts. You can probably eliminate 80% of the vibration by replacing the front right motor mount - the one that attaches to the passenger fender. To replace the mount, start by loosening the mount's center bolt nut. If I recall correctly it is a 19mm nut, and you will probably need to fit a steel pipe extension over a 19mm wrench to loosen it. Then support the engine with a jack before you loosen all the other bolts on the fender and the timing cover. .

Let me know if you have any questions.

1988 jeep cherokee,6 cylinder my front windsheild wipers dont work.fuse is good.the wiper motor makes a noise when its turned on.is there a relay that could be faulty?wiper switch is the same as the turn...

No relay in the circuit.
There is a delay module but if it fails that usually causes the wipers to stop in the middle of travel or only run on high.
And the switch is working if you hear noise coming from the motor. The wiper switch is not the same switch as the turn signals but it is near that assembly.
I would say if you have power to the wiper motor the motor is probably dead or something happened to the linkage to the arms.

Windsheild wipers work sometimes and sometime they dont want to come on

check for electrical plugs going to the wiper motor, unplug it and plug it in a few times to sorta clean the connection tabs inside . they get water and dirt inside and it makes a bad connection. if the problem persists it could be a bad switch in the car, and maybe even a bad wiper motor

Windsheild wipers not working, tried another wiper motor and fuses are ok am i missing a inline fuse or do i have to replace the switch?

could be the switch.but if it has intermittent wipers i think, not sure though, that that year has an intermittent wiper modul at base of steering column or near there. if it does unplug the two connectors to it and plug them into each other.if they now work then a new module is needed. but you dont need to replace it, you just wont have intermittent

Wipers dont work on intermitent thry work on high and low but stop on windsheild when pulsed this is a 2000 L 2

replacing the front wiper motor on the early L series is not difficult.
search around in fixya and you will find my instructions somewhere
at least twice. do not buy a replacement wiper motor from saturn, they are much cheaper through advance or autozone.

before you begin the repair, make sure your wiper switch is off and note the
wipers off position of the crank arm as stamped onto the wiper mount. this will make sense after you have the assembly out of the car and are replacing the wiper motor. if you ignore that mark then the wipers will be in the wrong position all the time.
