The in-tank fuel pump is controlled with a fuel pump control module (FPCM). The engine control module (ECM) enables the FPCM and sends the desired fuel line pressure to the FPCM via GMLAN. The FPCM sends a pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage to the in-tank fuel pump allowing the fuel line pressure to be varied as commanded by the ECM. The high pressure fuel pump, fuel rail pressure, fuel injection timing, and injection duration are controlled by the ECM.
I would bet that the fuse isn't the problem ! Don't get me wrong , the fuse could be blown but fuse's don't blow for no reason . The fuel pump control module .

You have no voltage at 15 amp fuel pump fuse in the under hood fuse/relay center ? There is a fuel pump relay also in same under hood fuse box. The fuel pump fuse gets power from the fuel pump relay. The ( PCM ) engine computer controls that relay, gives power or ground electronically to turn the relay on giving power to the fuel pump through the fuel pump fuse. You could have a bad relay or an anti-theft system problem . What engine does you vehicle have 2.0 L or 2.2 L the 2.0 L engine gets power differently to fuel pump .
quick fix is set a live from egnition to a fuse carage that will hold correct ampage fuse then other side of fuse carrage to fuel pump then other side of pump to earth ie body pannel this will power up fuel pump
You have two fuel pumps. A main fuel pump and an in tank fuel pump and one fuel injection/pump relay that turns the fuel on for the both of them at the same time and each fuel pump has a dedicated fuse.
So your vehicle has 1- relay, 2 pumps, 2 fuel pump fuses [1 for each pump ]
The relay and both fuses are located under the drivers side of the dash in a little fuse/relay panel.
FUEL PUMP MORE LIKELY WORN OUT SHORT OUT.BESURE REPLACE FUEL PUMP WIRES IF FUEL PUMP HAS TO BE REPLACED.CODE SCAN FOR ECU FAULT. IF FUEL FILTER STOPPED UP FUEL PUMP WILL SHORT OUT.
FUEL PUMP WIRES HAS A SHORT OR FUEL PUMP BAD SHORTING OUT.BLOWING FUSE.CHECK FOR SHORT AT FUSE BOX AND AT THE FUEL PUMP WIRES.THE PCM GOES BAD SOMETIMES IT WILL SHORT OUT BLOW FUSE TO FUEL PUMP.
the fuse is marked ECM 1 or ECM 2 and is under the hood, as is the fuel pump relay, also these have fuel pump connector problems, did u carefully inspect the pins for heat damage?.
The fuel pump relay is in the black box under the hood by the battery. #22 (fuel pump - PCM) & #27 (fuel pump) are for the fuel pump.
It says there is a 15 amp fuel pump circuit fuse in the interior fuse panel on the dash panel by the drivers knee location. I could not find it but here is the picture.
