There are many entrys and may be some answers. Appears to be a complex problem.

DTC 31 Is a vacuum sensor (MAP) signal/vacuum sensor or circuit,Electronic control module malfunction (ECM,PCM)

1. Fuel injector compensation code is not registered.

This is a copy of the Toyota manual for hi lux. Check for faulty injector / wiring

Dont clean your throttle body yet..........Theres an idle air control valve{ black round top about the size of a 50cent piece} on the back of the throttle body, cleaners will ruin it. It mounts with 2 screws facing the back of the motor. This is what controls your idle.........

Code 14: Igniter circuit, probably a faulty igniter
Code 26: Fuel mixture too rich, possibly a faulty coolant temperature sensor, or faulty oxygen sensor

Hi, the DTC P1121 sets when a problem has occurred in the accelerator pedal position sensor. I would recommend you take it to your nearest Toyota dealer.

The RPM sending unit circuit is not sending right data to the ecm.

you will need to get the vehicle diagnosed thru dtc scanner. scanning the dtc's will tell the tech where to start and most likley exactly what the problem is. sounds like a possible cam or crank sensor.

If the vehicle has been in a rear end collision, expect this. If not, it just may need to have the Occ Class Sys reset. Toyota Dealer only.
