My D4 light is blinking. I have a 94 honda accord LX 4cylinder. Engine turns with no spark. I have replaced sparks plugs wires/rotor/distributer cap/ and ignition coil. Still no spark. Should I replace ECM or Distributer.

u sure its electrical--may be fuel system--many times the computer dozint recognize a new engine--may need to get it flashed or reprogrammd--dont replace anymore parts save ur $$
The check engine light comes on if there is an issue.But Honda also has preset the Check engine light to come on to remind you of oil changes.If you want to shut the Check engine light off.There is a Yellow Reset Button inside the Fuse panel.
i have a 92' honda accord lx, it has a problem of the D4 light flashing and the car wouldnt start, but i could wait a few minutes and try again and it would start.
94-97 accord have common issue on key ignition. Key ignition seems to corroded. Solution take it apart clean or best way is to replace it. I know because I have done it to 94 accord 4 cylinders, 95 accord 6 cylinders and 97 accord 4 cylinders.
