How to brighten dash lights

First is to adjust the dash lights which is on your light control. Should be a thumb toggle that you use to turn on your dome lights. All the way up will brighten your dash and clock lights. There should also be a setting in your menu on the clock/radio itself.

there is a switch on the drivers side dash left that dims or brightens all your dash lights it also turns on your cab light make sure the switch for your cab light is set to the right setting

check your dash light dimmer switch. it is usually by the headlight switch, it might of gotten bumped accidently. if this doesn't fix your issue then i need to know if all dash lights are out or just the ones in the instrument cluster.

If you have a push/pull type headlight switch just turn the knob clockwise (with the lights on) to brighten the dashboard lighting. It is designed this so that you can control the brightness of the dash in darkness.
Someone might have done some work on the wiring and got things reversed, the only option for you is take it back to the dealer and show them whats wrong and it should be under factory warranty take it to a dealer they may fix it for free.

lamp failure light on possible because the SECOND filament in your STOP/TAIL Light Bulb is burned out- change one side and check fail lamp again- repeat on other side- fail lamp works off of resistance-burned or blown bulb is only way it lights unless you have a wiring issue

on the light switch you should be able to turn to the left and right to the left dims them to the right brighten them

Your switch that adjusts the dash brightness hs a resistor in it, and that would be a good place to start checking it out. They do burn up, and short out.

look on the left of dash for the switch you turn your interior lights on turn it see if your dash light will brighten.turn up enough brighten dash lights. dont turn until it stop or your interior light will stay on.

This is your Alternator. Check the Battery Cables for Tightness in Addition.
