My horn dosent work on my c5 52 plate

Go to your owners' manual and look up the location of the horn fuse and horn relay.

Then check the condition of both items. If either has failed you will have no horn.

you can see if it is the relay by disconnecting the horn and probe the connectors on the wiring, and have someone push the horn button and if it lights up if it dosent light up its probly the relay, if it does light up it's the horn itself

91 s10 horn dos't work. What are the most likley problems? I have already checked the horn and it works.

Push the cigarette lighter in and see if it pops back out after 10 seconds or so, if it dosent, or it dosent get hot (dont touch it to find out, just put your hand near it) you have a blown fuse. Check and replace the accessory fuse in the fusebox.

My horn dosent work

he broke the horn plate.
the part that pushs down in and turns to lock is broken.
he did not disconnect the wire before removing the steering wheel and pulled out the part that pushs in on the horn plate.
you will have to get the part from the dealer and it should take about an hour from start to clean hands.

Horn wont blow

the problem is the rotating contact that connects the horn to the steering column wiring harness, this part is called the clock-spring contact, u must remove the steering wheel to change the part out.

Replaced relays and ckecked fuses horn not working 1996explorer

with the horn you can run a wire from the battery to the horn to check it if that dosent work then it is probably the contact wire inside the steering column, I cant remember the name of the part but this should fix the horn and cruise problem.
