Audi A6 MMI not working after disconnecting battery

Hi TCI. Thanks for replying. Unfortunately No luck :( we have tried disconnecting the battery for 10-20 kind a few times then reconnecting but the mime is still dead. Really strange because it was 100% fine before the first time we disconnected the battery!! We disconnected the battery initially for a completely separate issue with the engine warning light showing due to an issue with lambda sensor/dirty fuel. We don't have Bose or b&o installed-just standard. And we tried a 3 button reset a few times(set up, centre knob button, top left select) and we tried the other way round!(tel, centre button, top right). Ok we got a multimeter and checked all the fuses-they're fine. The CD player ejects discs ok so seems to be working. No lights but not sure there ever were any anyway! OK THEN U HAVE A BROKEN RING!!ALL THE PARTS OF THE SOUND SYSTEM CONNECT BY FIBRE OPTICS CABLE . IF ONE OR MORE THAN 2 ECUS OF THE RING HAVE A PROBLEM THEN ALL OF THEM GO OFF.THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ACTIVATE.IS THE CAR A VARIANT??{STATION}LET ME KNOW!!
