How do you replace the carpet on a 1994 Honda del Sol

You have to unbolt and remove all the seats from inside the vehicle. Also, the front seat belt anchors have to be unbolted and all the door sill plastic trim and kick panel plastic trims have to be unscrewed and removed. Last but not least, the center console has to be unscrewed and lifted out of the car. It's all possible, if you can find all the screws to remove and have lots of time and patience for this task.

How can I tell for sure that the Struts are bad and How difficult is replacing Struts on the Honda Del Sol

If you see any leaks they are bad. If the car has over 100,000 miles then rest assured they need replacing. Unless you have the proper tools and knowledge this is best left to a pro. You can get seriously injured or killed when compressing the spring to remove the strut.
