PO345 is the cam shaft positioning sensor and PO325 is the knock sensor. Check your starter and your battery.

OK...Some cars use a "prime" relay and a "run" relay on the fuel pump. since manually priming it seems to work, I'd check and see if you have a similar system. If so, the prime relay may be bad.

Does the rotor turn? I would check that out. Take the cap off, have someone crank the engine and watch the rotor to see if it's turning. If it does then try a new cap and rotor. If it does not, I would suspect timing belt. Hope this helps, TJ

If there is no spark to the plugs, you may have inadvertently blown a fuse for the ignition system when changing other parts. Check the fuses in the box under the dash or under the bonnet. Also have a look and make sure the little carbon brush pickup hasn't fallen out of the distributor cap. Its the little black thing in the middle inside of the cap. It is spring loaded and sometimes can fall out.

clean the area where the sparking is occurring and check for a crack at the plug lead in the distributor cap. If the cap is bad inside then the spark will ne short circuited and the engine will stop.
