NEVER use the pressure rating on the tire. That is only the recommended MAX pressure that tire can take. The only tire pressure you should follow is located on the placard either on the inside of the door under the latch, or on the door jam under the latch receiver. Using the tire pressure on the tire can result in poor performance, traction, tire blowouts, uneven tire wear, and poor gas mileage. The manufacturer factors in details the tire could never know, such as weight of the vehicle, alignment specifications, and performance of the vehicle.

Correct tyre pressure for a boat trailer

All tires will have the recommended max pressure molded into the sidewall, in small numbers. It will be a 'cold' rating which means you check the pressure while the tire has been sitting awhile, not after pulling the trailer. Run it max cold pressure or slightly below for best wear characteristics and less rolling resistance.

I drive a 2009 Mazda bt50 single cab tray back ute. The recommended unladen tyre pressures are 32 front and 30 rear but continually have approx 240 kilograms loaded in the tray. What pressures should

you should be running 8 ply tyres on the vehicle to carry the maximum load as required by the regulator
The recommended tyre pressure will be on a decal attached to the drivers door ( probably on the door frame under the latch)
Having said all that I recommend 45 psi for the rear and 40 for the front
If you run any less ,the ride will be smoother but if you load the vehicle, the rear tyres are under inflated and prone to failure from overheating
tyres are manufactured to run at a certain pressure due to the construction of the case. Talk to a tyre shop as to the pressure you should be using for the tyres.

Tyre Pressure for Majestic 19.6 ft Caravan

Depends also on the kind of tyre.
For the maximum load of tyre nex kinds need next pressure , wich is called AT-pressure/maxloadpressure/reference-pressure , for up to maximum speed of tyre or if lower 160km/99m/h. This is not the maximum pressure of tyre.

Normal car tyre /standardload AT 2.5bar/36psi ( exeptions as low as 2.2)
XL/Reinforced/Extraload AT 2.9bar/42psi ( exeptions 2.8 and 3.0)
6PR( plyrating) /C-load AT 3.8bar/55psi EUR ( USA 50psi/3.4bar)
8PR/D-load AT 4.5/4.8 bar/ 65/69/70 psi
From E -load is not often used in Europe.

From this AT pressure you can calculate the needed pressure for lower loads . Made spreadsheet for it in wich I first add 10% to the assumed load before calculating.
Will give example picture

Recommended tyre pressure

The required tyre pressure is established by the amount of load or weight that the tyre is carrying. Over or under inflation can cause excessive tire tread wear. The recommended pressures for your tyres are shown in raised lettering on the sidewall of the tyres.
Depending on what you are towing, you will know how much additional weight is being placed on the cars rear tyres, and you can adjust the pressure accordingly.
Personally, When I am towing, I increase the tire pressures by about 5 psi just to reduce sidewall flexing and create a more stable towing package.
Hope this helps.

Tyre pressure

As already mentioned, the front drivers side door jamb has a label with details about the vehicle. These include the proper inflation for both front and rear tires. I also recommend that you look on the tire wall itself around the edge of the tires on your van. Make sure you follow the manufacturers suggested inflation maximum for air pressure. And always try to fill them when the tires are reasonably cold as heat expands.

RECOMMENDED TYRE PRESSURE

Check the inside of your driver side door. It will have the recommended tire size/specs along with pressure recommendations. Including your vehicle year, make, and model would help in the event of future issues.

What is the recommended tyre pressure for winter conditions

the same as during the summer. look on your tires and test the pressure to see if it's close to the maximum psi, they are good, refill if the pressure is troo low.
the air is compressed when it's cold and expands as it gets hot. check your tire pressure every week and especially when the temperature changes like the cold winters and the hot summer.

What are the tyre pressures for a 1994 Hyundi Excel

Check on the door frame or the door edge itself. It should have a sticker that has recommended tyre pressures for your particular vehicle. If the sticker is gone, then I would recommend calling a dealer to see what the specific tyre pressures are for that vehicle.
