Need to see a image of how plug wires go on a 1992 oldsmobile 88 royale

Intake manifold normally has firing order cast in, or get a shop manual. The hard part can be finding which should be #1, especially if you have had the distributor removed. Use compression gauge to find TDC compression stroke on #1 and see where rotor is pointing.

A 1989 olds royal brougham (88)with new battery,

I would check the crankshaft and camshaft sensors. I don't think the connections are wrong, they really only go on 1 way.

Where is the wheel cylander located on a 1989 oldsmobile 88 royale?

Both rear wheels have them. That part expands the brake shoes to stop the car

Need schematics for 1989 delta 88 royale steering column

steering columns are tricky bastards, even with schematic they are difficult ton rebuild, my advise is to carefully dissassemble and make notes, i have done many and you need patience, they only go back together one way and sometimes require installation of may parts at once and only in the proper order, have fun

My 1989 oldsmobile 88 royale wont start just pops and back fires there is normal spark and injectors are pulsing, there is correct fuel pressure and everything crank sensor if fine, could it be the cars...

It's under a cover (on the order of 6' wide x 12" high) on the top front face of the engine. It's quite a job to remove this cover. A less laborious method to determine if belt is broken is to run a compression test on the cylinders.

You may get someone to come to the vehicle to do this, else it'll have to be towed (unless you have the equipment to do it yourself).
But you can't use the car in its current condition, so maybe towing to a garage is a reasonable option...?
